Resident Expert (and Sales Rep), Richard Ciarletta

Meet Richard Ciarletta.

Richard Ciarletta began his career at SERVPRO 25 years ago. Starting as a Production Manager, he advanced to Estimator and is now enjoying his current role of Sales Representative. The practical experience he gained from years in the field has built a deep knowledge that makes him the resident expert on…well, everything SERVPRO.  He has seen and/or worked every type of residential and commercial loss and has grown with the company as it’s evolved. This kind of industry experience makes him a unique brand of sales rep. And his clients have come to trust that when he visits, he isn’t just “selling” a product or service but truly advising and informing on disaster management.

After years of being in the field, Rich enjoys meeting new people. “You meet a lot of people in this type of job, and I truly enjoy that. We’re not always meeting on the best of circumstances–some are in a really bad spot when we first meet them. Seeing or hearing the relief on their faces or in their voices once we are there is very rewarding. Our customers are the same or better once our work is completed. It’s a good feeling.”

Outside of work, Rich is just as benevolent. You will find him at his church working on the collector team, teaching middle school Sunday School and singing in the choir. He enjoys playing with his grandkids and anticipating new additions to his ever-growing family.
